What to bring to your appointment

All patients need to bring a list of all prescriptions, over-the-counter medications, and supplements.

Contact lens patients need to bring their glasses and contact lens case.

All new patients need to bring the above and all glasses you wear, including sunglasses, sports glasses, computer glasses. Also bring contact lens case and solutions used.
