Dr. Tarbell's extensive training includes her degree in Anatomy and Physiology from Cornell University, and her Doctorate in Optometry from the prestigious University of California at Berkeley, where she graduated with highest honors and received the Outstanding Graduate Award, the Contact Lens Award, and the Binocular Vision Award.

Dr. Tarbell underwent additional voluntary testing of her clinical skills and scientific knowledge of eye care in order to become a Fellow in the American Academy of Optometry. Only ten percent of practicing Optometric Physicians have passed the academy tests. She has also obtained Board Certification in the Treatment of Eye Diseases. Dr Tarbell is an adjunct member of the faculty at Salus University, Pennsylvania College of Optometry. Dr. Tarbell's selection as an adjunct faculty member at Salus University reflects her deep commitment to helping others and providing the very best eye care services.

Her special interests include patient education, the eye care of children, thorough contact lens programs, dry eye treatments, and Custom LASIK services.

Her hobbies include running with her dogs and dancing with her husband.

Dr. Greenfield is a life long New Jersey resident. She graduated Cum Laude from the Richard Stockton College of New Jersey with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and minors in Chemistry and Business. She received her Doctor of Optometry degree from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry, where she distinguished herself as the recipient of the Presidential Award for academic excellence all four years of her post-graduate training.

We were fortunate to have Dr. Greenfield join our practice in 2005 as an extern, and following her graduation in 2006. She is certified by the New Jersey State Board of Optometry for the diagnosis and treatment of eye diseases. She brings a wealth of experience from her training in surgical, primary care, and contact lens practices. Dr. Greenfield is tireless in her pursuit of excellence, providing a full range of comprehensive eye care for adults and children, including eye examinations for vision conditions as well as medical eye diseases. She takes a special interest in age-related ocular disease management, including macular degeneration and cataract co-management.

Dr. Greenfield is an active member of the American Optometric Association and the New Jersey Society of Optometric Physicians. She has recently married the love of her life, and together they enjoy spending time with family and friends, including her sister's twin baby boys. Dr. Greenfield also enjoys movies and is a kayak enthusiast.

Chanelle Giordano is a NJ State Licensed Optician. She graduated from Raritan Valley Community College in 2001 with a degree in Ophthalmic Science. Chanelle brings a wealth of experience to her position, and she's going to make you feel great in your new eyewear. Chanelle loves to create eyewear makeovers and enjoys keeping up to date with fashion styles. We all appreciate her dependability and her desire to make each patient happy. With Chanelle's help, we are proud to be able to fabricate over 90% of lab orders in-house! She has worked continuously in the optical field since 1998, and is the proud recipient of the 2004 Pinnacle Award for superior customer service. She is active in the Opticians Association of NJ.

Chanelle is passionate about giving back to the community. She has donated her time in nursing homes, adjusting and maintaining eyewear, and has volunteered for senior citizen and schoolchildren's groups. She also continues her commitment to donating used glasses to several non-profit organizations providing valuable sight-giving services to thousands of people across the world.
